1. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the following reasons:
Defective or damaged item
Wrong item received
Conditions for Exchange:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at anumrajwanistudio@outlook.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Once approved, ship the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
2. Credit Note (No Cash Refunds)
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, customers will receive a credit note for future purchases under the following conditions:
If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival and cannot be exchanged.
If the item is out of stock after purchase.
Conditions for Credit Note:
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
The credit note can be used for any item of equal or greater value (customers may pay the difference).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

3. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags and packaging
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as the order will be in production or processing.
